If you have insurance and have satisfied your deductible, you will only be financial responsible for the amount your insurance indicates in your plan handbook.
If you do not have insurance, the first visit with us is usually $150. If you need an injection to calm down your pain, the injection cost is usually no more than $100.
We order x-rays, blood work and other diagnostic testing from outside the office. We have special arrangements for discounted MRI, lab and x-rays from collaborating providers.
For self-pay surgery, the initial telehealth consultation is $375 and is credited to your surgery package, as applicable. If you decide not to move forward with us, the $375 pays for the exam and images, medical history and medical records review
Yes. Our discount formula is based on the elimination of the cost to bill insurance, the cost to wait for payment, and the cost to collect. This results in a 28-40% discount on most services.

Of course! They are approved by the DEA in Utah and Idaho to prescribe any medication related to your orthopaedic care.
